Golden Goal Athletic Club is a family-friendly Sports & Fitness Club designed to promote fun, no matter the sport or activity. This will be coming to King County in July 10 2024. This is unlike anything in the PNW in the sense that, it is not age specific, nor does it come with any long term commitments: and beyond everything, it is financially lenient for all our families.

Whether you are into soccer or know barely anything about the sport, we are willing to meet you at your level and patiently help you develop your game. Whether you want to go pro, want to get in game shape, want your kids to practice during their offseason, etc; we have something for everyone. We encourage the enrollment through the waitlist so we can understand the scale and desire for this alternate soccer training and coaching option, as the slots are filling up fast!

Our Story
Golden Goal Athletic Club was founded because Anthony, the trainer, felt the need to provide an alternate option for players who have been passed on through the age groups in the traditional youth soccer system, without mastering the fundamentals, understanding the game and developing a sense of communal responsibility to take care of themselves, in order to be good teammates. The name "golden goal" was selected because of his knowledge of the game; the golden goal rule used to be the "next score wins" option during overtime where the fundamentals of all athletes were tested during stressful and intense periods, yet having the desire to give their all on the field. He also had in mind an alternative program for parents who want a break from their busy adult life, but still have their child have an active time, whilst building social skills that weren't developed due to the lockdown during the pandemic.
​ABOUT ANTHONY
His obsession with mastering the fundamentals and the science behind playing soccer has led him lead coaching sessions in his town of birth, Takoradi, in Ghana. With his passion fueling him, he has successfully completed the team sports physician diploma program provided by FC Barcelona's Barca Innovative Hub. He is certified by ISSA as a Performance Enhancement Specialist. He also has his coaching certification from U.S Soccer Coaching Education system. He is a die-hard Sounders and Liverpool FC fan.
Outside soccer, he comes from a nursing background. He works as the leader of the care team as a care director for a memory care facility, which was certified by THE JOINT COMMISSION (the gold standard for healthcare facilities in the US). He is caring, kind and passionate about helping others get the chance to show off their potential.
